A FEW NOTES FOR YOUR GUIDANCE AND SOME NECESSARY CONDITIONS:

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please send  in a SEPARATE cheque a security deposit of £100 with your final payment

LINEN: Linen is provided

PETS: Please ensure that your pets have up to date vaccination certificates and attach a copy with your booking form. A charge of £25 per pet per week.

ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: can be any time after 4:00pm and properties must be vacated by 10:00am to allow cleaning prior to the arrival of following guests. Departures after 12:00 noon will be charged as an extra day.

CLEANING
All properties are cleaned thoroughly between each let. However, as only a limited period of time is available to clean properties, it is a condition of your let that you leave the property and its contents clean and tidy.

ANY DAMAGE, breakage or spillage in your house should be reported so we can rectify it immediately. Repairs or extra cleaning may require an additional charge, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Short stays (less than a full week): to be paid in full with booking. Short stays are not refunable
Full weeks: A deposit of one third of the full holiday price is required on booking and the balance must be sent no later than 8 weeks before your arrival. You will not be reminded for the balance of payment.
Cancelled holidays are subject to a charge dependent on the probability of reselling your house.
